Molle Industriali Conte Srl has achieved the Certification for the Social and Ethic Engagement SA 8000 in October 2003.
We consider that experience and skills of each and every employee contribute to the realization of the products and the provision of the services which represent a value for the customers and their business.
The norme SA8000 includes:
- No children’s work or minor recruitment;
- No chase or support for any kind of «forced work» that is duress of employees to work under blackmail of any type;
- Guarantee of health and safety of the own employees;
- Guarantee of the freedom to create or stick to trade unions of their choice;
- No discrimination of any kind of the workers and among the workers;
- Application of disciplinary procedures in full respect of the existing laws: it is forbidden the use of physical punishments and/or verbal abuse;
- Working hours according to the law requirements. All extraordinary work is voluntary, except for cases foreseen by regulations or existing laws;
- Communication to the outside of the own engagement in respect to the regulation SA 8000;;
- Recruitment of suppliers who also do respect the principles of the regulation SA 8000.
