The huge experience in the industrial springs sector of more than 50 years of productions of high quality products together with the constant investments in order to maintain the equipments as well as the human ressources’ professionalism constantly at the top allow us to guarantee each type of manufacturing and production process.

Coiling

Molle Industriali Conte is specialized in spring coiling with very small coiling conditions. The coiling centre is provided with production tools which can process wires from 0,1 mm up to 12 mm of diameter, tape and strap, with engraving or fracture cut. The coiling equipments are fitted with the most advanced systems (camera) for the check of the length of the spring and its geometrical shape. This control is realized at 100% during production. All coiling machines are equipped with automatic scrappers operated by the control system.

Washing

Bevor being subjected to heat treatment some materials are pickled in the automatic ultrasound washing machine.

Heat treatments

For the special ultimate process we desired the prestigious process certification NADCAP.

Grinding

The grinding is done by manual and automatic charge. On demand of the customer smoothing operations of the internal and external diameter on the end turns can be run. Cold and hot settling cycles are done under load in order to avoid loading losses during the functioning of the spring.

Shot peening

The shot peening processes are run respecting the intensity parameters ALMEN and the loading requested by the customer.

Settlings

We possess modern equipments for running cold and hot settlings.

Chamfers

We realize automatically internal – external and ending chamfers.

100% Testing

Automatically we run 100% testing and selections in load classes and/or stiffness.
